What is
TEDxSwinburneUniversity?

TEDxSwinburne is an event (or conference) that follows the TED vision of sharing ideas worth spreading. The 'x' in the name indicates that this event is an independently organised event. In other words, this event is not being organised by the people that work at TED, but rather independent volunteers.

This year's event is being organised by the Swinburne Student Association (SSA) and will be happening on Thursday the 2nd of October from 5:30 - 8:30PM. This year's event will feature 10 speakers, speaking for 10 minutes on topics that relate to this year's theme. The target audience includes both students studying at Swinburne University, but also an international audience as well.
