How to Access Your Club Dashboard via Rubric

Need to manage your club’s events, memberships, or admin settings?


The Club Dashboard lets you:


  • Manage upcoming events

  • Track memberships

  • Communicate with your club members

  • Keep your club organised and on track


Here’s a quick guide on how to log into Rubric and get to your Club Dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Go to the Swinburne Student Association (SSA) website.

  2. Navigate to Clubs from the top of the page.

  3. On the Clubs Central page, click Login to your rubric portal, then click the Login button.

  4. In the Rubric search box, type Swinburne and select Swinburne University of Technology.

  5. Tick the box to accept the terms of use, then click Sign in with Your University Account.

  6. Enter your Swinburne email and password.

  7. After logging in, click the profile icon in the top right.

  8. From the dropdown menu, select your club name to switch to the club’s admin account.

  9. You will now be on your Club Dashboard.
