Rental Contract Eligibility: Lockers are available to current students of Swinburne University.
Rental Period: The rental period is per semester as indicated during the booking process.Renewals for the next period should be done at least two weeks before the end of the current rental period.
Changes to Terms: Swinburne Student Association (SSA) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Liability: All responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items falls on the user. SSA is not liable for any personal belongings left in the lockers.
Digital Contract: This contract is digital and binding upon submission of the rental application. By completing the digital form, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Maintenance: Users must keep the lockers clean and report any damage or issues immediately to SSA.
Prohibited Items: Storing illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or perishable items in lockers is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the locker rental agreement.
Access: Only the individual who rented the locker is permitted to use it. Sharing lockers with others is not allowed.
Voluntary Termination: Users can terminate their locker rental agreement by notifying SSA in writing. No refunds will be provided for early termination.
Involuntary Termination: SSA reserves the right to terminate the locker rental agreement at any time if the user violates any of these terms and conditions.
