The 2025–26 SSA Leadership Retreat is a two-day immersive experience designed to empower Swinburne’s incoming student leaders. Hosted at the picturesque Waurn Ponds Estate, the retreat offers an inspiring environment to connect, reflect, and prepare for the year ahead.
Through a mix of interactive workshops, keynote sessions, and outdoor activities, you will explore what it means to lead with purpose and teamwork. You’ll collaborate with fellow student leaders to share ideas, shape next year, gain clarity on your role, and strengthen your ability to lead effectively in 2026.
